Shipping and Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time may vary approximately from 7 to 8 business days from the confirmation of the order and/or from the availability of the product.
Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are carried out via GLS courier and are free of charge.
Some items may not be immediately available in stock. In such cases, as these are artisanal shoes, the product may be made to order, requiring a few additional days for production and preparation before shipping. Any delivery times indicated must therefore be considered approximate estimates and may vary depending on material availability, production times and logistics management.
Identità s.r.l. undertakes to process every order as quickly as possible. However, any delays caused by couriers, customs checks, public holidays, force majeure, strikes, exceptional events or circumstances not directly attributable to Identità s.r.l. shall not be considered the responsibility of the company.
Shipments within the European Union
Parcels destined for countries within the European Union include the order receipt. A commercial invoice may be requested at the time of order confirmation, where necessary.
Shipments to non-EU Countries
All shipments to countries outside the European Union are accompanied, as required by customs procedures, by an official invoice declaring the value of each individual item.
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, sales taxes, local VAT, administrative fees or any other charges requested by customs authorities or by the courier in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
These costs are not included in the product price nor in any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase, unless expressly stated otherwise. The customer is therefore responsible for checking in advance any costs, restrictions or import procedures applicable in their country.
In the event of failed customs clearance, refusal of delivery, non-payment of duties/taxes or inability to deliver due to reasons attributable to the customer, Identità s.r.l. reserves the right to charge the customer for all costs incurred, including but not limited to storage fees, return shipping costs, customs handling charges, administrative fees and any other amount requested by the courier or competent authorities.
Such amounts may be deducted, in whole or in part, from any refund due to the customer.
