HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

You have the legal right to change your mind about the purchase within 14 days and receive a refund for our products purchased online. Shipping costs are not refunded.

In case you receive an unwanted item or an item with manufacturing defects, we will let you know if you need to return the item and, if you wish to exercise the legal right to reject the item, you must return it to us. Please return items in their original packaging. Note: We are unable to refund items that have been tampered with, used by the customer, or not returned in their original packaging.


WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR MY RETURN?

Our policy is to process returns and refunds as quickly as possible, we aim to resolve any issues within 24 business hours.

If you have exercised your legal right to change your mind by requesting a refund, we will process your return within 14 days from the date of receipt (by us) of the items. For items returned due to manufacturing defects, we will process your refund within 14 days from the date of assessment.

If, after the aforementioned period, you have not yet received the refund, please contact us (with the shipping receipt issued by the post office, if available). We will take care of it.


HOW CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

  • Return the package at any post office or private courier and keep the shipping receipt. The package must be sent with a method that provides a shipping receipt.

Identità reserves the right to accept only returns that comply with all of the following conditions:

Each item must be returned with all original labels, packaging, and accessories (box, dust bag, authenticity certificate, etc.) received with the order.

Returned merchandise must not show signs of wear or be altered in any way.

Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was shipped and properly packaged.

Identità reserves the right not to accept returned merchandise if the return does not comply with the terms and conditions of the return policy. In this case, this will be communicated via email, and you will have the option to have the products shipped back to you at your own expense.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

  • According to the rates of your post office or trusted private courier.

 

Shipping for returning the products is the responsibility of the customer, including customs duties if applicable.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?

If you wish to return an item, we will refund you within 28 days from the notification in which we confirm that you are entitled to a refund. The right to a refund is conditioned on the returned item reaching us within the return period of 14 days.

Refunds are made by bank transfer or PayPal.


WHAT ARE MY CANCELLATION RIGHTS?

In addition to our return policy, you can withdraw from the contract with us at any time within 14 days starting from the day after receiving the item(s) subject to the contract ("withdrawal period").

To withdraw from the contract, you must notify us in writing within the 14 days of the Withdrawal Period at our address.

Subsequently, you must return the items to us in the manner indicated in the "How can I return an item?" section at your expense. The notification of your product return via the online procedure does not constitute a notification of cancellation of your order for the purposes of exercising your legal rights to withdraw from the contract. Please note that, in order to withdraw from your contract, you must return all products included in the order. You must take reasonable care of the products you wish to withdraw from and not use or wear them. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund you the amount due, within a maximum limit of 30 days from the date of notification of the withdrawal.

In this Return Policy: "We" refers to Identità; "Products" refers to the products listed on our Identità App; "Contract" refers to the contract between you and us relating to the sale of Products through our app. Every time you purchase one or more Products through our app, you enter into a Contract with us. If you purchase multiple Products with a single order to be delivered to the same address, the Contract will include all Products mentioned in that order. If you order Products to be delivered to different addresses, a separate Contract will be concluded for each delivery address, and each Contract will include all Products delivered to the respective address.
